How do I get support?
Email support@airforcerp.com or visit the AirforceRP Support Center. We reply within 48 hours.
What platforms do you support?
iOS, MacOS, Windows, and for Chrome and Firefox. — we don’t build Android apps. (Tell Google to Fix Their Rules)
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store for iOS apps, or via our web portal for cross-platform plans.
Is my data private?
Yes. We limit data collection, encrypt sensitive fields, and never sell your data.
Do you use analytics or ads?
We don’t use invasive analytics or third-party ads. For select features (like calorie and distance), computations run on our servers using anonymized, non-identifying data.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request an export or deletion anytime by contacting support@airforcerp.com. In-app controls are rolling out across apps.
Do the apps work offline?
Core features work offline and sync when you’re back online. Some services (like backup or notifications) require connectivity.
What’s your refund policy?
App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund process. For web subscriptions, contact support@airforcerp.com within 14 days and we’ll help.
How do I request a feature?
Post it in the Support Center or email us. We triage requests weekly and share roadmaps in release notes.
Are your apps open source?
Yes—our projects are developed in the open. Browse the code, open issues, or contribute via pull requests on our repositories.
