You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AirforceRP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AirforceRP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
You agree not to submit, post, or display on or through the Service any content that violates any applicable laws or regulations or these Terms. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
AirforceRP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Termination may occur for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that AirforceRP deems harmful to its community or operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AirforceRP does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirforceRP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall AirforceRP's liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service.
By providing your mobile number and checking the box to agree, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from AirforceRP at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive SMS messages from AirforceRP when you make a Ticket and have your number provided to OPT IN.
You understand that you can unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Opting out of SMS communication does not affect your use of other Service features.
You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to provide this consent. You acknowledge that AirforceRP relies on the accuracy of this confirmation for compliance with SMS communication regulations.
By agreeing to the AirforceRP Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions governing your use of the Service, including SMS communication.
To request the deletion of SMS records, you must initiate the process by submitting a ticket through our dedicated support platform at https://support.airforcerp.com. By proceeding with this request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
When submitting a ticket for SMS record deletion, you provide your consent to AirforceRP to process your request. Ensure that the information provided in the ticket is accurate and pertinent to expedite the deletion process. You confirm that you are either the account holder or have explicit permission from the account holder to initiate an SMS record deletion request. Upon submitting the ticket, you agree to receive communication from AirforceRP regarding your SMS record deletion request. This communication may include updates, clarifications, or additional information required for processing your request.
You understand that opting out of SMS communication does not automatically initiate the deletion of existing SMS records. To request the deletion of historical SMS records, you must follow the designated process outlined in this policy.
By utilizing the SMS record deletion request process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in the AirforceRP Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of the Service, including the process for SMS record deletion.
AirforceRP will make reasonable efforts to process SMS record deletion requests promptly. However, the processing time may vary based on the complexity and volume of requests.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
AirforceRP reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. AirforceRP will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
